We’ve made some changes this year to the camps and the registration process

and we want you to be prepared. Please read the information below.

Summer Camps are Coming!

What’s New?

  • Name change - The names of our programs and camps will change to match Bedrock Play. We will still be offering the same caliber and style of outdoor play based programming, it will just have a different name.

  • Platform change - Registration will now be hosted directly on our website. We are partnering with Sawyer for registration, which is used by many camps and children’s programs, so you may be familiar with it already. Please note that there will be a minimal booking fee when you check out. We know it’s not ideal, but there were many reasons we chose Sawyer and we think you will appreciate the ease of the process.   • Camp themes - Our Summer Camps will no longer have specific themes. We’ve learned that it is the dates and ages that matter to our parents. The outdoor, child-led, play-based programming will not change! Here are the ages and names:

    • Little Pebbles is for children ages 3-5 years. We will offer 2 weeks for this age group. 

    • Rock Hoppers is for children ages 4-9 years. We will offer 4 weeks for this age group. 

    • Boulder Buds is for children ages 7-12 years. We will offer 2 weeks for this age group. 

  • Age range - Our age ranges are broad so that children can experience all the benefits of a mixed-age group. The ages are somewhat flexible, based on the unique needs of the children. Please reach out to ask about putting your child in a camp that does not match their age.

  • Cancellation Policy for camps has not changed:

    • Cancellation requests made over 3 weeks in advance of the program start date are eligible for a full refund minus a 10% admin fee.  

    • Cancellation requests made within 1-3 weeks of the program start date are eligible for a 50% refund or a 75% program credit that expires 12 months from the program start date.  

    • Cancellation requests made within 1 week of the program start date are nonrefundable.  

    • You can transfer your program registration to a friend at any time.  You are responsible for any and all financial transactions.  You are responsible for notifying Bedrock Play of the change. Your friend is required to fill out the waiver form in advance of the program.   

How to be Best Prepared for Summer Camp Registration on February 7th

  • Registration will open on Saturday, February 7th at 9:00am. Mark your calendar.

  • Review the available summer camps here.

  • Set up your Sawyer Account

    • Step 1: Register/Login

      If you already have a Sawyer account, click here to login and confirm all details are accurate.

      If you do not yet have a Sawyer account, click here and follow the prompts listed in the sign up module and enter all specified fields to finalize your account creation. 

    • Step 2: Customize your Account

      Click here to add children to your profile, add payment methods on file, and more. 

  • Please be aware that camps in Sawyer will appear to be “FULL” until the registration date.

  • Stay tuned for our registration release on Feb 7!
